Yoga thoughts - 16

November 25th 2011 16:55

If I choose first thing - at 4.30am - it is fine for summer, but currently approaching winter. Climbing out from cosy bed covers to lay on the carpet and sloely move is far from appealing. Currently, I practice a short session after my coffee-compute half hour, about an hour later. However, this leaves me filled with coffee and in a rush.

I could practice later in the day - as I do my standing poses.Howevere, I could not do my floorwork then, as I usually do my upright asanas whilst my father is sitting at the sink washing and shaving.
