Yoga thoughts - 19

I am lost without a Yoga manual. All the time I was learning the Sivananda routine, I had a manual for referral. Now that I no longer have it, I have to rely on my memory, my T.H.Y. practice, and when searching for new poses, trying to find them online. It is not the same...

I will check the library book sales again shortly - maybe I can grab a second hand cheap copy of an out of date Sivananda manual. There were a few poses I did not attempt when I first began to practice, back in 2006. The headstand - which always stumped me after positioning my head and walking towards it, the camel and bakasana - aka the crow pose, for example. The latter made me wobble at the time I attempted it
