Change of Routine

Every so often I will make slight alterations to my basic Yoga routine. Recently, I took another look at it and realized that over the past six months I had made a few changes. I still begin with my leg raising following the initial Savasana, but from then onward it changes.
Instead of directly entering my shoulderstand, I roll into Halasana and then up into it. I also tend to hang around in the pose for a while, if time permits. Instead of doing a desk pose, I generally do the bridge pose instead, these days. I also often replace the locust and scorpion with Dhanurasana. If I have time, I will also pop in a short meditation session after my neck and eye warm-up exercises.
I seem to have become very lazy with my Pranayama practice this past month. I had put it down to the cooling weather and lack of time, but having sinus problems makes it uncomfortable at times, also. Each time that I develop a sinus problem, I completley lose the good work that I have done on creating a better breathing throughout my daily life. So, I have been thinking about (and reading up on) including some new breathing practices to encourage myself to get 'back' into it...
