CHANGES

It will be no surprise to regular readers when I post about various Yoga routine changes. I decided to take a look back throughout my Yoga sessions and see the various reasons for changing.
Changing my life routine or my health seem to be main reasons. When I do different things at different times or have more or less on the agenda, it necessitates a change in my Yoga routine to ‘fit in’. When I am feeling exhausted, energetic, or cold, this also means my regular routine changes somewhat.
I would like to get into a regular Yoga routine where I practice a 30 minutes Tibetan Heart Yoga session each morning and a 20-40 minutes Sivananda session every evening - but then, when would I eat? When would I compute? Etc…
I suppose I shall just have to muddle on through, adding and taking asana as I can, aimed at my plan upon retirement!
