NOV 21:
EVENT: Oki-do Yoga Workshop with Peter Masters at Canberra
QUOTEome of the activities you'll practice in the workshop:
- practical exercises to demonstrate Oki-do principles of mind, body and breath
- partner exercises, including kyokaho which are strengthening exercises that align the body and bring the centre of gravity to the belly (hara)
- healing practices such as basic shiatsu to release tension
