Melbourne's Yoga Expo is all set for August 31st. The Showgrounds are situated at Town Square, Hoecker. The doors will be open from 8-45, for a 9am start. Activities continue through until 5pm, Sunday evening.
You can participate in free Yoga classes and observe demonstrations provided by well-known Yoga practitioners from around the globe.
You may like to spend some time browsing the 80 stalls whilst there. You can locate information about becoming a Yoga teacher and/or visiting India - and can even sign up for these directly from the Yoga Expo.
There are both seminars and free natural therapies to help grow your understanding of Yoga and add to your health knowledge.
Additionally, there will be live musical performances and plenty of vegetarian edibles.
Sydney has to wait until October 19th for its Yoga Expo, but NSW residents may like to jot that date down ready! Sydney's Expo is set for Darling Harbor.
