Hmm.... must I?

I doubt that I am alone in having a few days every so often where I feel somewhat 'blargggghhhhhh' and therefore somewhat lazy about starting my Yoga routine. There are of course three options on how to deal with this feeling -
* ignore the feeling, get on with the Yoga, and feel GOOD
* accept the feeling, do a shorter limited session, and feel AVERAGE
* take on the feeling, forget the Yoga, and feel BAD
KNOWING that these will be the results does NOT always help me select the correct option, however.
I have discovered a few helpers to assist me on my 'blarghhhh' days, though.
* Tell myself I will 'just do Savasana' - once begun, I generally want to continue...
* Remind myself that ONE day off might not hurt me, but TWO will make me stiff and THREE will put me at risk in relation to the return of my back problems.
* Remind myself that if I sulk or zzz instead of doing Yoga, I definitely won't feel better, but that if I do my routine, I might.
* Throw my mind away and get on with it anyway - my thoughts are just inconvenient and in the way of my health.
* Promise myself a nap AFTER the Yoga - I may not want it then, but if I do I am THEN allowed one...
