Janice Skiffington is a warm, knowledgeable and compassionate Certified Yoga Instructor and Core Connexion Faciltiator with16 years of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga experience. She has a particular interest in helping to facilitate the deepening of one's connection with themselves, their bodies and Spirit.
What classes are currently running?
I'm currently taking a sabbatical from teaching yoga as focus on family life and the joys of parenting a toddler.
How long has your establishment been offering Yoga practice to the community?
