What style(s) of Yoga is/are available?
Many different instructors rent our facility and so there are a variety of styles available-Sivananda, Hatha, Ashtanga, Svaroopa
What classes are currently running?
Please see the website for all classes.
How long has your establishment been offering Yoga practice to the community?
We have been here on Big Island operating for five years.
On average, how many visitors practice with you each week?
30 - 10 regular as I only offer one class a week and then the retreatants.
What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
Our yoga space is 1750 square feet. We have 5 washrooms, an infrared sauna and sit on 16 acres.
Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than asana/pranayama?
Yes, from time to time.
What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
The cost of the weekly class is $30.00 a month and the retreat weekends vary from $225.00 to $495.00.
How long have you been practicing Yoga?
10 years.
What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?
Yoga has completely changed my life so there isn't one specific limb. But for the majority of people, they learn stillness.
Which is your personal favorite asana?
Savasana of course!
