22 classes a week to choose from includes Pregnancy, Restorative, Meditation
& Relaxation for people with Cancer, beginners and Ongoing

community?
9 years in this location and 8 years previously in community centres (total
15 years)
On average, how many visitors practice with you each week?
350 people (Classes are limited to 20 people in each class)
What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
Community support, regular professional development events for both students
and teachers.
Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than asana/pranayama?
Accredited Yoga Teacher Training Course. Nationally accredited by the
government, recognised by Yoga Teachers Assoc of Australia
What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
Term of 10 weeks = $120
Casual class = $15 per session
How long have you been practicing Yoga?
24 years
What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?
Awareness of oneself and others. Sense of connection with the Universe.
Balanced Strength, Flexibility and Vitality.
Which is your personal favorite asana?
I have many - I love the standing asanas but for all over strength, balance
and awareness Sirsasana - Headstand is my favourite!
