What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
We share our new facilities with our holistic partner, Nature Care Clinic (www.naturecare.cz), Nature Care offers discounted services to Prague Yoga students & instructors. Services include acupuncture, Chinese medicine, chiropractics, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, massage/reflexology & physical rehabilitation. Due to our partnership and proximity we are able to best refer students between the two facilities based upon their individual needs.
Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than asana/pranayama?
Shamanic Healing Meditation
Vipassana Silent Meditation (free of charge)
What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
Univ Student Drop-In's: 175 CZK ($12) per class
Normal Drop-In's: 200 CZK ($13.50) per class
Univ Student Prepaid Series: 140 - 160 CZK ($9.50 - $11) per class
Normal Prepaid Series: 150 - 170 CZK ($10 - $11.50) per class
Prenatal Prepaid Series: 200 CZK ($13.50) per class
* All classes are 90 minutes.

Hatha Yoga: 7 Years
Svadhyaya Yoga: 18 years
What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?
Learning to have compassion for oneself and accepting that wherever you are is the perfect place to be!
Which is your personal favorite asana?
Savasana - because it is the ultimate pose of surrender & it just feels sweet!
