What are the contact details for your Yoga Center?
TLC Services is a home based studio and offers classes at assorted locations within the community. Details can be found at http://www.reikiandyoga.com
What style(s) of Yoga is/are available?
Mainly Kripalu however Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini and youth yoga classes are also available.
What classes are currently running?
The full schedule can be viewed on our website at Really Long Link
During the summer months only 4 classes run, however come the fall there are 18.
TLC Services is closed for the month of August.
How long has your establishment been offering Yoga practice to the community?
TLC Services opened in 2001.
On average, how many visitors practice with you each week?
There are 110-150 students weekly.
What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
TLC Services also offers Hypnotherapy, HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method, Reiki treatments & training, Ayurvedic lifestyle consultation, Personal Growth Coaching, Meditation, Meditation CD's, Instructional Yoga CD's and e-books by Tammy Lawrence-Cymbalisty.

Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than asana/pranayama?
Like many other Yoga classes there is a meditation aspect to each class, discussions on witness consciousness, neural pathways of the brain and inspirational stories shared. Students say its 'life changing'.
What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
Costs are assorted: $75.00 for one on one personal instruction, $40/hr for a group session and other costs range from $6-$20 per class depending on location.
How long have you been practicing Yoga?
I've been practicing since 1990.
What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?
Firstly balance and healing the physical body; opening Nadis, Meridians etc.
Which is your personal favorite asana?
