We are a multidisciplinary clinic - Acupuncture, Thai Massage, Yoga and Naturopathy and the address is11/132 O'Connell Street , 5006 North Adelaide, South Australia.
What style(s) of Yoga is/are available?
I am a certified Yoga practitioner and Traditional Thai Massage therapist. I have been training in and teaching different style of Yoga: Dynamic, Asthanga, Hatha, Sivananda, Shadow, Jivamukti style; Partner/ Contact Yoga.
What classes are currently running?
Yoga Classes are personalized - only 3-4 students per class - focusing on solid foundations & breath awareness as essence of the practice and being able to provide full benefits in terms of therapeutic adjustments and yoga practice to each participant during each session. Theory - Sutras - Meditation complete the asana practice.
What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
We offer a peaceful healing environment to enjoy the benefits of Eastern and Western therapies.
