Vinyasa flow, Scarravelli, Atma vikasa, Yin yoga.
This changes every seasons, depending on what teachers are visiting
What classes are currently running?
We only run residential retreats, from 2 days to 10 days in duration
How long has your establishment been offering Yoga practice to the
community?

On average, how many visitors practice with you each year?
About 150 visitors every year
What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
The centre is located on a 240 acres organic farm (in conversion at the
moment) and offers a very high degree of eco-friendliness (wood burning
heating / cooking with some of the wood produced on the premised, solar
hot water, compost toilets), home grown food from our gardens and
polytunnels, horses, and a very special island environnement
Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than
asana/pranayama?
Yes, vegetarian cooking, permaculture, organic gardening, eco-building
What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
from 90 euros / day or 380 euros for a 3 days residential workshop
How long have you been practicing Yoga?
15 years
What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?
Yoga is a life changing practice that will help everyone is their
journey through life to become better, more focused individuals.
Which is your personal favorite asana?
Natarajasana (the real one, as pictured on the cover of light on yoga,
not that paltry immitation of it favoured by American teachers)
