What are the contact details for your Yoga Center?
405 Arguello Blvd. Unit 200 San Francisco, CA 94118 - yogakulasf@gmail.com www.yogakulasf.com
What style(s) of Yoga is/are available?
We simply call Yoga by its name, moving away from the current trend to create brands. We teach postures (asana), at times flowing sequences (vinyasa), or sometimes slow moving or held postures (sthana), breathing (pranayama), and meditative practices.
What classes are currently running?
Back to Basics (Beginner's)
Yoga (All levels)
Restorative Yoga
Heated Yoga
Mat based Pilates
How long has your establishment been offering Yoga practice to the community?
10/25/07
On average, how many visitors practice with you each week?
Varies quite a bit, as we are still very new.
What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
Very small, and cozy, and filled with lots of love. The blocks were made by the owner and are currently in the process of being painted by a local artist (they'll form a whole picture when put together). The sandbags and pillows were also made by hand by the owner. Our community is very small and many of the clients and teachers know each other. It's a warm and friendly environment that caters to intimate classes and teachers that know students by name and their life's path. We offer a free outdoor class in the botanical gardens of Golden Gate park the first Saturday of each month.
Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than asana/pranayama?
Very soon!
What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
Really Long Link
How long have you been practicing Yoga?
Varies from 3-10years
