6) What features/facilities does your Center offer that others do not?
Fully equipped with mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, etc
Restorative & Meditation classes. Yoga nidra ends every class.
7) Does your center offer Yoga instruction in areas other than
asana/pranayama?
Yes: Mudra, bandha, meditation, chakras.
8) What is/are the cost of a class/series of classes?
$16 one class, $70 5 classes, $150 for 5 weeks unlimited classes
9) How long have you been practicing Yoga?
30 years
10) What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?
It slows me down and makes me smile for no reason at all! It always
changes my day into a happier one.

restorative back bends.
