Life Appreciation is my eleventh book, which was recently released. Although not primarily written on the subject of Yoga, Yoga crops up throughout the 320 page text. The book itself deals with ways to improve a lifestyle enough to truly enjoy living, rather than just plodding on through life and wishing it were much better than it were. It is a combination of suggestions, ideas, personal experiences, hints, and motivation. Also included are several healthy recipes and B&W photographs.
As Yoga has been a major part of my own vitality and enthusiasm for living life as it is, rather than how I dream it should be, Yoga is obviously mentioned a fair ammount across the pages. I talk about my personal routine, the affect Yoga has had on me physically and spiritually, and describe 3-4 simple asana. Other Yogic matters such as meditation, vegetarianism, and pranayama are also covered, along with other partially related topics such as keping fit, positive attitude, Reiki, the Indian chakra system, and respect of multiple cultures and religions.
