ROUTINE CHANGES - AGAIN!

I am forever trying to alter my Yoga routine as my life alters - trying to fit in a decent amount of Yoga on each day, yet not clash with mealtimes, chores, exhaustion….
My latest trend is to do a quick 10 minute session early in the morning and then to add odd poses into my day as I go onward. This is because I do not get very much time at any given point of the day, excepting times when I am too pooped to do anything but lie down and recuperate before the next run.

During the day I will do eye exercises, rag doll, triangle, and a few other poses at random whenever I am standing around between chores… One day, I hope to have enough time to do a complete Tibetan heart Yoga session every morning and a Sivananda session every evening, but….
