routine changing

Yes, yet again I have made a change or two in my regular routine, Despite not being a set routine that always turns out the same, it generally follows a basic pattern - with just a few asana being added or taken out depending on the weather, my sinus-health, and my time available. Since encountering freezing cold English winters however, I have made a couple of more long-term changes.
The main change is that the warm up exercises for my neck and eyes that generally come at the start of a routine now come at the very end. I begin as I did before, with Savasana and leg raises followed by shoulderstand. I then go into the desk pose/fish pose, roll over for locust and scorpion or the bow, and then stand up. I perform my version of the sun salutation prior to triangle and THEN do my seated pranayama/meditation/neck and eye exercises before a final Savasana.
This way allows me to fit the routine in whilst my father eats his breakfast - and feels the best layout for a warmed up room in a cold climate (which otherwise makes me feel sleeeeeeeepy.)
