short, long, busy, lazy

Due to the upheavel of my recent overseas relocation, I was reviewing my Yoga participation so far. I know that the shortest session I had lasted less than one minute. I was just relaxing into Savasana to prepare for what I had intended to be a half hour session, when my son screamed out that his computer was not connecting... I had a run of occurrences that prevented the session restarting until the following day.
My longest session would have been circa 1.5 hours. The reason being that I was purposefully combining a regular session with a session of Tibetan Heart Yoga and with just a few moments Savasana in between.
My busiest session was when I rolled from one Asana to another without resting between and tried to fit in every pose I knew - well, at least the ones I regularly attempted. I still do not try headstand or the crow pose...
My laziest session consisted of Savasana, shoulderstand, and Savasana. The reason being I had not slept well and had serious sinus problems - but felt that I should make some effort....
Looking over the various routines and sessions I have encountered, I can at least say I have experienced a wide range of practices and results!
