EVENT: "Sun Power Yoga Weekends" at Hereford
QUOTE: The weekend will commence with a welcome drink and introductions on Friday evening, followed by an a la carte dinner in our Valley Restaurant, which boasts stunning views over the rolling Herefordshire hills to the Brecon Beacons. An early breakfast on Saturday morning will be followed by the weekend's first "up tempo" Yoga class. After the class a light lunch will be served in the bar. Shortly after lunch a short, sharp, walk around the local countryside is planned, to liven up the body, before returning to the hotel late afternoon for your second Yoga class, focussing on deep relaxation and stretching. With plenty of time afterwards to rest, freshen up and spend time with your new companions, dinner will be served in the Valley Restaurant, followed by a good night's sleep! Sunday will kick off with a light breakfast and a late morning Yoga class to finish the official weekend activity. Maps for more local walks are available, as is a traditional Sunday Roast, freshly prepared for you by our chef Deepak and his team.
