JUNE 19: Yoga Trance Dance with Shiva Rea at Cecil Sharp House, London
QUOTE:This liberating and spontaneous music led dance begins with sahaja prana yoga (the experience of prana initiating yoga asana) before flowing into an exploration of free-form, breath driven movement, allowing our bodies to break free of the limited range of motion we subject ourselves to daily. This high-energy movement meditation will help liberate your creative life force by allowing your whole body a chance to express yourself. Join us in relearning the natural freedom of movement and let the creative force move through you!

JUNE 27:First Aid for Yoga Teachers with Michael Bond at The Special Yoga Centre, London
QUOTE:The day will focus on how to deal with the types of emergency which a yoga teacher may come across in an everyday class — including fainting, epilepsy, asthma and heart conditions — and will cover all aspects of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and basic first aid. The cost includes handouts and a completion certificate. Michael believes that first aid should be experiential and fun and promises to guarantee both! This course complies with the Health and Safety Executive Requirements for a one day programme.
