The content is derived from Steve’s practical studies with Srivatsa Ramaswami and study of Krishnamacharya’s works, Yoga Rahasya and Yoga Makaranda. These works contain Krishnamacharya’s teaching methods and philosophy.
Steve will bring together aspects from these three sources to explore important areas of Yoga practice. It will cover all the eight limbs of Yoga. This event runs from 10am-4-30pm.
