Yoga Practices: Dream Yoga1

There are several versions of 'Dream Yoga' - I have written descriptions of the three most common forms.
DREAM YOGA ~ TYPE ONE
Dr. Joseph Dillard invented a trademarked style of Dream Yoga across a period of circa 25 years. His version involves deep internal listening to parts of your inner self that are already enlightened.
The main purpose of this version of dream Yoga is to be able to create healthier decisions and to establish a lifestyle based on inner practice. The practice itself involves healthy nutrition and movement, empathic communication skills, and purposeful meditation.
This is more of an all-round Yoga Style than the more traditionally known Yogic practice of Dream Yoga.
