Zen Yoga for Couples is an enjoyable way to bring energy and connectivity into a partnership. Practicing together, two people will start the art of relating to one another in a new way. Using Asanas, meditations, and the Qigong Pranayama exercises from Zen Yoga, partners can find a linking together and provide one another with inner strength in times of difficulty.
