V32: The advice given to counteract these troubles is to focus on the pure truth, or to concentrate the mind singularly upon one specific matter.
V33: To retain calmness, pureness and clarity of mind, it is suggested that one:
Make friends with contented/happy people
Grow in compassion and loving kindness to the unhappy people
Become indifferent to those attempting to harm you
Accommodate those trying to help you
