Yoga thoughts - 15

If only….
When I research the retreats, seminars, meetings, teachings, open days, etc - I drool. Someday I would like to be able to attend some of these. As yet, I have only been to a single 1-day Yoga expo in Sydney. Currently, I am stuck in a village on the South Coast of England taking care of my father, but someday......
When I look at the options for relaxing vacations that include guided Yoga, healthy diets, but not much else - I still think I would rather be on one of those than sitting at home typing with both ears open in case my father hollers upstairs for something. I wish I could relax for a few days....
When I find an exciting themed talk or event that combines Yoga and Buddhism, I would love to attend to learn something. When I hear of a Yoga seminar or course in a location I find interesting, I would enjoy going along to that. I would combine my curiosity with learning and participating in Yoga. The expos interest me, as I would be able to explore different forms of Yoga, to take a few sessions of various types to test them out.
Whether to relax without forgetting the Yoga, whether to recuperate, whether to learn a specific or in general, whether to try multiple styles it all seems much more fun than moving my typing chair out of the way and laying down on my bedroom carpet for a regular everyday session of Yoga.
