Yoga thoughts - 3 - spring fever?

Hopefully the energy will remain and I will get back to a full session of Yoga each morning soon. I have been far too tired to feel energetic early mornings lately, and am not able to stay in bed long enough to get the sleep I need at the current time.
My Yoga session was getting far shorter than I wished, until I was beginning to wonder if I could even manage a 5-minute practice accompanied by odd 1-2 minute poses throughout the day. I simply had to focus on the meditative and breathing aspects and become a dropout on the physical.
However, just as I was worried how little I would be able to practice, my energy seems to be returning. I think I am getting used to not having enough rest or sleep each day - or maybe it is just that we are having some pleasant spring weather! Hopefully, I can regain the ability to work on a 30 minute every morning Yoga session again, shortly.
