What would you say is the most beneficial aspect of Yoga?

It is different for everybody, and different for different people at
different times in their lives. Yoga offers so much, I think it just depends
on what the practitioner requires at the time of their practice. For me at
the moment it is relaxation & meditation. Creating a time and space to come
in towards myself and reconnect with my centre. I think this is
an invaluable resource for all of us in our lives and is something that we
are not always encouraged to do in our day to day living.

Which is your personal favorite asana?
At the moment Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog. I love it It
just give me such a good stretch and opens my spine and legs right up. I
find this is a particularly good antidote to sitting @ a desk all day.
